A few questions

Why did you change the master cyl and servo?
What happens when you undo a brake pipe?
Are the pads free in the calipers?

Try releasing a hose on the calliper, is it both front wheels? If it is most likely you have a duff master cyl. Also seen it before you may have a dead flexible hose which is acting as a one way valve, but this would be one wheel.

If they weren't doing it before you changed the servo may be you have not adjusted the linkage correctly?? Release the pressure and check.
