I need a new door handle with the linkage to complete the door, but at least the electric window, mirror and everything else still works.

Just a reminder to all, if parking in Tesco, park @ the back and walk a wee bit further. Stay away from the other tightly parked cars, or you might end up like me.

Your right!! 300 empty spaces and they park right next to you. You need a tin opener to get in. The new Insignia has 3 scratches on her already!! 2 on the bumper and 1 on the nearside rear quarter the same height as a trolly!! :x

Like you guys, we get the same but with our Mondeo or Escort. So, I don't think it's just a Porsche thing..... annoying whichever car you have...

Jeeeeeez that's sme car park ding

Love the Pasha trim, has to be one of the most bonkers things Porsche ever did, good to see you've managed to save her most people would walk away from that type of damage.

Ouch. That is some damage. I always park in a nice quiet corner in car parks, even at work. Strange though that with all the empty spaces around you, some sole always parks up next to you. Why do they do that? :? One of lifes mysteries.

Well as most will no, iv had my car resparyed, iv been extremely careful washing it, parking it. Then this happened!

Today I washed the car as iv been using it 2 get 2 work, and it was covered in dust, the car was more brown then black. So I washed then clay bar it, then I thought well MIT as well poilsh it. So I got some auto glym polishes 4 dark cars, been using the normal super resin. And using a electric polisher set 2 work, all was going well till the mat/head came off and the poilshers made 3 small dents, in the rear 1/4. Which look like door dents. But more horizontal then vertical.

Not happy, more expense. Can't leave it like it, right by the drivers door, so back 2 the spray shop again.

180-220! Had hoped you could just bend it In as the paint new and should match easily. But the whole rear 1/4 needs blowing over.

Put a picture up Terry, maybe the Dentmaster people might be able to repair it - they did an excellent job removing three or four dents out of my wife's black MX5.

Wow Terry, it would have been cheaper to pay someone to detail it for you. I hope it gets done ok. With the whole quarter getting done, you'll never know it was there. You would never have been happy with a touch up.

When it's sat on a dusty building site 4 a week you do, I washed it and u be surprised how much extra dirt the clay bar got off, clear coat takes nothing 2 mark and even drying the car would of scratched the paint. So now I'm parking about ten mins away. Will put up a pic it's so little don't even think ur see them in the pic.
