True to his word JMG have had a sunroof seal made to order for my 944. At £50 it's not cheap. But it is cheaper by far than anybody else can do them for. Will let you know how it fits when it arrives. Also got an oil pressure sender unit for £35. It's £100 with the VAT but Free postage. :D

Berlyn list early & late seals for 63quid +VAT which is what is fitted to mine. So not hugely different.

£13 + free postage will buy a few beers around here Jim. There is a credit crunch. :blackeye:

True, it is deceptively heavy as well TBH! Iy appears to be a standard section so there may well be a standard alternative one available fromone of the trim specialists.

The cheap ones don't last allegedly. This ones guaranteed. Just got these this morning but not had a chance to see how the seal fits yet.

Spent an hour today repairing my sunroof again. Cable had screwed itself right out of the housing! Not sure how it did that. Anyway fitted the new sunroof seal. Needed an inch trimming off with tin snips but it's a good fit! Looks a lot better as well. Very pleased with the quality. It has a felt like edge as the original. Should have done this long ago. :)
