My car has option 474 on the sticker in the front page of the book and in the rear wall of the boot.

I used Kindel's page to check what this means (http://www.kindel.com/porsche/options.asp

It comes back with Sports shocks (Bilstein).

How can i tell if i still have these fitted to my car? I understand that Bilstein shocks can be re-built and i would like to keep the car original if possible.

M474 is "Shock absorbers sporting front and rear", Koni, not Billies
