Just got the car back from the garage tonight. Couldn't run it as too much traffic. Got a new water pump. Belts & rollers. Front seal. Got my rebuilt head on & new true cam box so no more oil leaks. Only problem the adjustable cam gear didn't fit. Wrong diameter & not enough clearance. So thats going back. Also new door stays & a new wiper linkage to replace the bodge I did in Sept! Next step is a remap by Wayne Scholfield. & a new gearbox. Need new CV joints & a sunroof seal. A bumper iron. Followed by bankruptcy. :blackeye: Then the wife will demand I sell it.......

Well done J.J. good to tick some things off the "to do" list. Know about the bankruptcy feeling mine went into JMG for some fine tuning on the setup they did last year and ended up with a gearbox out rebuild job on the rear selector fork. £500 just to take the box out and put it back  Had to come to some job services swapping arrangement on that one

Thumbs up to JMG. Ordered the parts in Dec. I ordered the wrong cam tensioner. 6 months later I asked them if they would do me a swap. There posting the right one to me before i even return the other one!!! Good old fashioned customer service. If only all the specialists were that good. :)
