Were these ever avalible and if so does anyone have any idea what one looked like,the reason i ask is whilst taking the spare wheel out today i noticed 4 bolts/nuts sticking up in the spare wheel well and upon looking underneath there is a metal bar running along the back panel sort of inside the bumper which looks also to be bolted to the back panel and has a plate in the middle sticking down.I dont think its part of the bumper as ive owned about 15 944's and worked on loads more and this is the first time ive ever come across anything like it !! |

they do pop up on the bay now and then IIRC witter made them, not sure if porsche actually made them |

Part number was 944 722 90100 Page 5 of PET. You can see how it was mounted, and if I could work out how to convert a PDF to upload it I would. |

Yes that helps,it sort of looks similar but doesnt mount in quite the same place,ideally i need to take the bumper off to see but the toast rack spoiler fixing dont want to know !! |
