I knew these roof bars would come in handy.

New bathroom suite. Bath, toilet pan and cistern, sink and pedestal, radiator. £35 to have it delivered, and it's only 17 miles away. I went up this morning and it went like this...

"I've come to collect an order, or as much of it as I can get in the car"
"What sort of car have you got?"
"Erm, a Porsche"
"..... you've..... got...... a ...... Porsche"
"Yes, but you might be surprised"

The guy was all over the car, loved it, and then got some friendly Polish people to get all the stuff out of the warehouse. Everything except the bath went inside, that's all the white and brown boxes in the garage, but I didn't have the Thule roof bars with me, so I had to go back for the bath.

Still, job done and saved about £25 on the delivery costs.

Must admit I've been supprised by just how much stuff you can get in the 944. Last year at Tatton Park I manged to get the club shelter/tent, the bunting fencing, flag pole, a BBQ, the gas bottle, a couple of tables, four chairs and a load of other little stuff in mine. I did have to take the luggage blind out. :D

It’s amazing how much you can carry in a 944.

Top marks for getting a whole bathroom suite in though. Good work!

Looking @ your wheels, maybe I will try the Cilit Bang treatment after all. All I need is a Porsche.
