When buying, is mileage of up to 200k a concern, providing all the work has been done?

Sorry - thinking of 944 turbos. Not a particular one, but I've seen a few advertised with those sort of mileages

I know of a few that are still going strong with those sorts of numbers and at a recent dyno day the results from the high milers was very impressive.
