Sorry, i know you all get lots of these questions and i have tried to work it out but i'm obviously a bit dim... Would 993 Cup's 16" front 7" (ET 55) rear 9" (ET70) fit my 1991 S2 with or without spacers? I notice RPM Technic has an S2 track car for sale on Pistonheads with the same style wheels but i'm not sure if these are the same sizes. Many thanks Graham |

IIRC, RPM's car has 17" Cup 1s. Yes they will fit (assuming the offsets are between 50-62), but some may argue that your fronts are a tad narrow, considering the wheels are off a 911, and hence designed for a car with no weight up front. |

Attachment: 1213444-3t.jpg They look like 17" cup 1s to me in fact they look identical to those I have on my 1991 S2. |

I dont know if you can enlarge that picture but they are definitely not 17" cup1's - its hard to see when the pic is small and they are painted black. |

You'll need spacers to bring the rears out or they will sit well inside the arch. |

You'll need Hubcentric spacers to space them out right, otherwise it may look odd + they may catch. I'd get 20mm hubcentric spacers if you got them. Better still, look out for a set of wheels made to fit the 944 better off in the first place. |

But are the originals not 7/8? and are spacers safe? |

Many thanks Graham Theyll certainly fit and the offsets are virtually perfect. Simon |
