For what car? I have a broken 2.5 944 in the drive which I could take the pump off of for you. Cheers Neil |

They come apart quite easily and they would be easy to rebuild, just press off the impellor and then the pulley (or the other way around) then you need a bearing / shaft ass'y and a seal. I have got a friend that works for one of the largest bearing / seal distributers in the UK looking to see if he can get the parts. The bearing may be quite easy and I am waiting for him to get back on the seal. I will post the details when he gets back to me. |

Finally the friend got back to me and says that the bearing would be no problem but the seals are a special and he cannot get them. Looks like there's no cheap solution ! |

Does he work for Beldam or Klinger. If one doesn't do the seal, the other will. Lee. |

You can get seals made to order from places that do reconditioned rams for HGVs. Used to do this all the time & they cost pennies. Rebuilt a hydraulic jack once for under a fiver! |
