I had my fiirst experience with a Porsche dealers as some of you will know , ordering the dreaded 'heater clip'. It turned out they come in packs of three ( though they offered me one if i wanted) and damn the expense I ordered three 'bearings' and three clips.

Today a Jiffy bag arrived by recorded post signed for by our superb village postie and inside were the two packs and a credit card bill for wait for it ........... £3.21.

No postage or packing charged even though it was sent recorded.

Since poor customer service in this country today ( and bad manners in general) are a real grinding hate of mine I am rather impressed

From when I have been to an OPC it has been fine too.

Remember they are not cheap for everything but on quite a few bits they are.

I ordered the Porsche Parts price list from Porsche Bristol. It arrived a few weeks later and they called me up. Paid with card and it arrived next day. Good service? Only grumble I would have is I checked the price list for the cost of said price list and it should have been £6.50. They charged £11 :-)
