Hi

Does anyone know of an alternative source for part number 944 642 814 00?
Its the little cast lever, less than an inch long that attaches the hatch motor on a 944 that always breaks.
Our local OPC says these are over 40 GBP now.
The used to be around 4 GBP!

the opc's seem to think they have a captive audience from what i have experienced. they really do take the micky!!! try some of the breakers on e-bay.

Yes it cheaper to buy a SH motor with one fitted.

I made a replacement from some flat bar and a small bolt which locks onto the motor shaft and seems to be working fine even after 1 year.
