Waste of time, they are also designed for front wheel drive cars & are a totally different style to the very strong Porsche ones. Also by the time Porsche ones need replacing then the driveshaft needs stripping & cleaning & fresh grease. I've recently done 2 944s & one had a noisy driveshaft & one CV was knackered, no suprise. Then on Paul's car, they were absolutely silent & again one CV joint was knackered. |

i have given these a try, after taking extra instruction from a guy who has been using them for years. so far so good, been on for 500 miles so far (checked it this morning) and holding up well. the trick to success is not rushing and changing your rubber gloves loads of times (to eliminate any contamination). worth trying for £8 and about an hours work. |
