The reset button is disgiused as part of the centre vent -its closest to the dials.
Only press it when stationary

as above, button on RHS of centre vent, only press when car is stationary or you will break the already brittle reset gear

no it works all the time but people worry that it will break if you presss it when the car is moving

Mine only resets when the key is in the ignition and switched on.
