Hello, does anyone know where i can get Koni inserts for the M030 suspension, all the websites seem to state 'NOT FOR M030'

I've emailed Bert , just waiting for a reply.

Inserts are not available as far as I know.

You can get them rebuilt by Sportsline Suspension, Brackley for about £130 a strut.

They will also make custom rears as they are not available to buy new apparently.

That's a bit interesting because I was just looking to replace the rears on mine. The fronts are still good so don't need them yet. Wonder they will do a coilover shock and valving a bit like the KW's?

Don't suppose you asked about the rears?

Spoke to them this afternoon and they can rebuild the rears for about the same price, but they said that it may be just as well to buy new ones at £130 a piece.

Yes the trouble with the rears is that they get a bit rusty, mine were.
Don't be tempted to get the standard turbo rear shock like i did, they are toooooooo soft.
It's a false economy as i'll have to buy some more proper ones now :(

Was luck to find a set on ebay for £210.

Did you get the fronts done at Sportsline? Was just wondering what you got for your £70.

Hi there,

No haven't got them done just yet, thourght i'd wait untill summer is over, i don't tend to use it that much through the winter anyway, so that would be the best time to strip the front sus down and have the car off the road for a bit.

They are not too bad , just got MOT so will enjoy the car for now. :)
