Guys,

A few of us have been chatting about organising a gathering/meeting of 944 TURBO S cars sometime in the future.
Who may be interested and your location please so we can look at possible venues/events?

Obviously any other models would be welcome too.

Steve,
As discussed i am in,Black Turbo S, West Cumbria.what about Cumbria classic car show in August, Penrith Junction 44 M6, or is that too far for people ?
We could arrange camping at nearby Pooley Bridge on the Saturday or hotels for people who like the en - suite type of accomodation.
They do a lakes run on the Saturday.
Car going back together today and tomorrow Steve

I know Pooley Bridge well. When I was NE Ro I organised both camping trips and B&Bs there.
Good suggestions. What does everyone else think?

OK somewhere in the middle then. Are we looking at somewhere around Manchester, Birmingham, Derby or somewhere else. If we pick a rough location and the find a show gathering or something.

I live close to Manchester so that would be very handy for me  but will go with what everyone else thinks.

There is a book that you can buy for a couple of quid, that lists all the classic car shows.
But i can't remember what it called.

Simon NE RO might know as we spoke about it at the last meeting

I like the idea of a drag strip, lots of open days after the summer around the country
