Hi all,

Found this on Google images. It's called a DP Cargo. Any thoughts?

I recently saw a magazine article saying they still had the glass for the rear windows so were going to make the last seven cars to use it all up. Cost was going to be something like £30k plus donor vehicle

I love it. The only price I've seen is 15K, Euros I presume. If I had the cash I'd give it a go as I think it looks fantastic!

These shooting brake conversions crop up every now and again online. I think they’re gorgeous.

Some were better built than others, it seems. DP Motorsports were a German company who are credited with the best quality around, going by old reports.

Here’s a few other shooting brake conversions … some work better than others!

I think I like the DB5 best.

I recall DP used to do a FWD Audi engined one too and a stretched one too.
I am sure there was an article in the 944/968 Club News (the pre-All Torque magazine) about them in the mid/late 1990's.

Derek probably has the magazine.

If they produced that now it would sell. Lots more room for prams & stuff. Might even get the wife in

does crayford still exsist ? they used to chop roofs of various fords to turn them into convertables, and add roofs to other fords and p6 rovers to turn them into estates inthe 60s and 70s

Not sure Crayford did an XJS estate, probably a Lynx Estate, always a lovely car & one of my "win I win the lottery one will be in the garage cars!"

One like this?
