Hello, new to this site, and to 968 ownership.
Im wondering if any one knows of a haynes type of workshop manual for a 968, ive got a CD ROM manual from e-bay but i think its intended for proper garage use, not got enough pictures for me !

So if any body has seen any thing let me know.

Cheers
Mart

Hi
This is what most owners recommend http://www.cannell.co.uk/Manuals.htm My 944 workshop manual has loads of pics so I guess the 968 one on here will also. Also try the "links every 944 owner should have" section at top of this forum.

No 968 manual, the 944 one would cover a few bits but covers a very early car so would be of very limited use. In fact it isn't much use for a late 944

Hi Martin,

Good to see another 968 owner on the forum.
As has already been said, there is no Haynes manual for the 968, only the early 944 one. Follow the link to the one on Rick Cannell's website. That's the one I have, although I have to admit I haven't tackled many jobs that have required it yet.

Simon

I didnt think any one would make a manual for this car, probably cos their wasn't enough made to sell many books.
Any way cheers for the replies, had a look at the cannell.co site but dont seem able to download it, may try again later, but looks suspiciously like the CD ROM someone flogged me from ebay, they probably downloaded it for free and then got 4 quid for it! crafty gits.
