Post subject:  Outer Sill Wanted
While fitting my new wings i've just found out that I also need a L/H outer sill.

From Porsche Shop, with postage, its going to be about £70. Does anyone know of any other (poss cheaper) suppliers, or has anyone got an unwanted one they wish to part with?

Hi, have you tried club autosport? I think they do outer sills.

I think the one on mine came from an OPC but I've heard of people using the Club Autosport one OK.

£40-ish from Club Auto Sport. Id save up and spend an extra £100 on an OPC part myself though.

Remember the 924 is adifferent shape from the 944. OPC only do one that comes with 1/2 the rear end of the car attached at £340!!!!

Just ordered one from Porsche Shop and got TIPEC discount, as they seem to be the only people that do the right one for a 924.

Oh dear, wish I never went to Porsche Shop. Their customer service stinks.

Should have listen to the people that told me not to use them. Anyway lesson learned, I'll not be giving my hard earned cash to them again!
