Look what some complete B*S*A*D did to my baby.....I couldnt believe it! All going to be repaired on insurance but so angry!

Sorry to see that. Somebody has previously done the same to my 944, I noticed after removing the window regulator and finding a load of broken glass at the bottom of the door, doesn't look like it's going to be a fun job cleaning that lot out.

A word of warning be careful of the tape, one of my colleagues had her car broken into at a hotel in heathrow whilst away on her hols. The hotel staff used a stack of parcel tape to tape bags over it. The tape caused a bigger insurance claim than the broken glass.

Yes I hope your paints good. May be better to get the tape off & just trap a bag in the door!

Hope the only damage was to the door glass & you get it fixed fast.

My neighbour is soon to be having their driveway re-done. I have access across their property to get to my driveway. My driveway is ideal as the car is parked at the back of the house and not even visible from the road.

Unfortunately once work begins, I will have to park my car out on the road. I don't live in a bad area but even so it's the piss heads coming back from the pub that worry me on a night. Perhaps I should save the worry about the car getting keyed or worse, and just put a notice in the car window saying 'Vandalise me!'.

My search for a temperary garage continues...

Oh, wow in all honesty I did not think about the tape damaging the paint further! Will get out and check that out.

Although...I am going to have the bumper and sunroof resprayed whilst they have the paint mixed up for the door I think!
