Hi guys, So I finally got my 86 944 Lux and I'm very pleased! I have a couple of questions which you may be able to help me with... Firstly, the sunroof appears to work (it tilts up) but after opening the front hinges it doesn't "lift out" as per the manual. I'm assuming the guider pins at the rear are supposed to retract or something but they don't on mine. Is this an easy fix or am I just doing it wrong? Also, I don't have central locking. Did they all come with it? How do I tell if my car would have had it originally? I don't want to retro fit, but if it's supposed to have it I'd like it to work! Thanks guys ![]() |

If your car came with C-Locking then it would have a rocker swich in front of the gear stick with a red light in it. It's to lock both doors if for some reason you can't reach the Pin on the door. |

to remove sunroof first make sure roof is closed, then turn ignition key to the accessory position ie first position no ignition lights on then press the sunroof switch in the close direction, the arms should retract into the roof fully, then unclip the front clips, and with somebody's help lift the sunroof so that it hinges from the front and lift out, refitting is the reverse |
