Where can I get the torque settings for the cylinder head and data for replacing the cam belt on my S2. My Dad has a HAYNES manual from years ago, but I dont think (from memory 10 years ago) it covers S2, I may be wrong......... |

The haynes manual is pretty poor even for the Lux which is meant to cover. This post here lists loads of links to manuals, if you need anything more then post again, I have the hardcopy factory manuals here. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2740&p=23849#p23849 |

Thanks chaps! It all looks straight forward apart from the cam timing pulley and I havnt read anywhere about fitting the cam belt/s. Looks like it could be repaired for around £550, so not too bad really! But I warn everybody to change that tentioner pad/s, there only £10! |

AND the chain, very often the chain stretches & then breaks. |

Thanks Jim, Once the head is located, is there any other area that you think I need to look at like putting a new chain and pads on. On a budget though! I couldnt believe the price of some of the engine components.....Looking forward to assembly. |
