I have a pdf of the above. It's just over 5MB in size, so is probably hard to e-mail to most people. Is it a good idea to try and put it onto this site for everybody's benefit? If so, can somebody tell me how to do it and where abouts on the site, or even who to send it to so they can put it somewhere useful.

If you can accept such a pdf in e-mail and want a copy then just e-mail me johnward1@btinternet.com with the words '944S2 pdf' in the title box (nothing else is needed) and I'll try and send it over.

I haven't checked the latest offerings, but then, and probably like most other people, I wouldn't know where to look. My idea was quite simple - I thought it would be helpful to have the parts manual available on the TIPEC website as an easy point of reference instead of trawling the internet. However life's never that simple.

If you do get to go into a Porsche dealership, go and ask the woman on the reception if you can have part number 911 333 303 00 - make sure it's a woman though
