Hi Folks,

Realise this has been asked before but Thomas at Pro Calipers doesn't offer painting anymore as he has too much work on (only offers rebuild of the caliper).

Are there any recommendations on where I can farm this job out to as if I do it myself it will further delay getting my car back on the road

I've read on other forums that BCS aren't to be trusted and I've seen a lot of negative comments about them.

Big Red don't use Brembo parts and change the pistons for different ones (I wanted to stick with genuine Brembo parts).

Also I'm not totally sure of the process for stripping and painting? I assume it is best to paint them first with the old seals in place and then service them after the paint has hardened?

Is sandblasting best for stripping?

As above ideally looking for someone trustworthy to get them serviced and painted (I'd prefer not to have powdercoat).

Thanks

Dave
