I had the battery tray fixed only a few months after purchase in '07 and seemed ok after that. over the last 4 - 6 months it seems to be continually misted up. The sunroof doesnt leak, although the sill below the passenger door seems to fill up with water after heavy continuous rain and the boot carpet is a bit damp or cold to touch most of the time. Should i be looking at replacing some seals in the near future or is there possibly an easy fix to the problem?

Thanks.

Check the drain tube next to the battery.
Check the sun roof drains.
Check for water leaks through the seals.
Check the drains in the bottom of the doors

How often do you drive it?

My guess would be seals and particularly the sun roof drain as already mentioned.

If you are not using it much, I would park it in the sun and open the windows to air it for a few hours each weekend...weather permitting.

Mine (all of them) get damp in the winter if I do not do this.

Check the seal around the heater fan assembly below the windscreen as they can leak from there too.

You missed one. The drain tubes from the rear hatch locks. When they block/come off it either fills the rear lights & or fills the boot. Theres a drain hole in the spare wheel well plus one each side of it. They clog up if you grease the pins too much.
