Spotted this locally while looking for a winter project/ possible daily driver. Only interested in it because it seems to be fitted with aircon, which seems to be relatively rare for a 944 and roadworthy at least for the next 6 months. No idea what the body hides, but the MOT history makes interesting reading as does the incorrect mileages, wondering why they are different. I've had a good read of the buyers guide, looked at buying a 944 before, although not for 10 years so know a few of the pitfalls (sills, electrics etc) I've just sold an MGB as I wanted a bigger more useable classic that could handle the occaisional trip to work without rusting away in the rain. Could anyone suggest what else I should look for if I go and check this out? A/C is very rare on early 944s. I suspect that it is tempo which isn't A/C The permanent hot will be a broken cable clip behind the glove box or a vac pipe off. |

"tempo" do you mean it is just standard temperature control? I've asked the seller to confirm but not heard back yet. |
