Just thought I'd say hi, have been on here for a long time, but cant remember my password and dont have access to my old email to reset it..
Had a 1988 944 turbo, underside was very rotten, so reshelled it into a 968

currently running 405hp 448ftlbs, new injectors, wasted spark, cam and adjustable cam gear to come, should be around 430whp when done

Have you mapped the VEMS on a rolling road?

Yep, several times now, and again when the cams installed

never used it, I can't imagine it would be as good as a proper tuner with a rolling road?

although I am having terrible trouble with the new injectors and deadtime

I think mapping on the road, V the airflow in a dyno room can work. Think I read Peep doesn't map VEMS on dynos. Do you need bigger than the 80's.

I had it mapped on the road by Gunni when it was first installed, but has has significant changes since then, was also running on stock head studs and head gasket so kept lifting the head.

as for the injectors, they were at 80DC at 400hp so probably needed a bit more headroom, also, the bosch motorsport injectors are far better then the old Siemens Deka 80lb ones
