to adjust the clutch correctly, you need two bits of kebab stick cut to the correct length.

but before you go that far....

Check the fluid level, is it dropping or dropped...

then peel back the carpet just below where the clutch master cylinder passes through the firewall, your looking for signs of fluid loss,

if nothing lost in fluid, does the bite point improve with a couple of quick pedal pumps? (full stroke)

could well need a fliud change and bleeding out, the brakes get done regularly, the clutch never, and its the same hydroscopic fluid,

absorbs water, then because it never gets changed rots your cylinders from inside out

I can rebuild both master and slave if needed,

I'm used to a 993, so forgive my 968 ignorance..

Whereabouts is the reservoir for the Clutch..? Presuming under the Bonnet..

To be honest, I have felt the Bit Point "drop" over time, especially after the Belgian GP RoadTrip [Bad 968 Owner  ], but just never got to it, and then of course totally forgot about it..

I'll check the leaking at the weekend, but certain there is no improvement with pumping..

So, turns out if was the Slave Cylinder that was at fault.. Rubbers & Seals had totally perished..

Obviously replaced it etc., but wondering if I can take you up on your Rebuild Service, so as to have a Spare..?
