Removing front speakers, I found this mystery wire?
Any clue, looks original. Not the mirror, it moves and heats. Led on door knob?

Removing front speakers, I found this mystery wire? Any clue, looks original. Not the mirror, it moves and heats. Led on door knob? Thank you

Looks like the speaker wire to me - the OE speaker wire is part of the door wiring loom. Are your speakers wired separately with aftermarket wire? I've also noticed that same additional wire on my 1990 Turbo with the 10 speaker option, it doesn't do anything in my car. Although I have a sneaking suspicion there could be another wire which I looked into before - and now can't remember! |

I think you are right, this wire could be additional for further speakers. |
