Post subject:  Replacing gutter moulding seals

Hi, the gutter moulding seals on my 944 need replacing, not a job I want to do myself for fear of bending the moulding. Can anyone recommend a company or individual who can do the work, preferably East Anglia based.

They are actually quite easy to do, you need an old loyalty card and a bit of patience and a little mallet to whack the card with

The easiest way is to pull the rock hard rubber bits out first if you can, and then release the clips with your loyalty card or plastic trim tool if you have one, done this job 3 times now, and the hardest part is getting the rubber to stay in the trim as you refit them, it’s a bit fiddly

Are there gutter seals on early cars? Mines an 82 and I can’t see any seals at all.
