Evening all
Please help clear this up
We have a 944 turbo race car (1988) and have had the front right stub axes/Spindale/upright (as this one part seems to have so many names)fail /snap where the ball joint pin fits into the casting (not the wishbone side) the Spindale has R951 IN THE CASTING this is the only info on it
We have been told that 944t & 944 S2 after 1987 where all the same, but when trying to get one we still get that they are different?;

(Not the same as 944 Turbo)

the part numbers you want are:
951 341 655 06 - steering knuckle /L - 1987 onwards turbo
951 341 655 06 - steering knuckle /R - 1987 onwards turbo
951 341 655 34 - steering knuckle /L - 1987 onwards M030
951 341 655 34 - steering knuckle /R - 1987 onwards M030

the part number for the S2 is
944 341 655 06
which would imply that it is different (which surprises me I must say)
