My head liner is a bit tatty. I wondered if anyone has cut a new one from new vinyl. I mean, it's not that big really as the sunroof and plastic take up most of it and vinyl is relatively inexpensive so I can have a few goes!

I orrdered a new one from Southbound
Only about £40 -£50 it was full marked with every fixing hole and it was easy to fit
Vinyl was exact match to the original

That's very useful, thanks.

Did you use double sided tape?

No double sided tape

By the correct contact adhesive Not Evostick either from Southbound or email

If you use the Southbound vinyl then the fixings are marked use these to scre the liner in place then apply contact to one area wait a few mins then attach, if you get wrinkles then hetat with hairdryer adhesive will release and vinyl with stretch

It’s not that difficult

Okay, thank you.

From your description, I take it, you attach the vinyl with the screws before applying any adhesive?
What adhesive did you use?

Use the screws to hold in place
Then remove in one area glue when happy replace screw and move on

Definitely need hairdryer in the corners

Type high temp contact adhesive into ebay or google, Or Southbound will supply

Can not find the link to the one I used but maybe in my build thread

Okay, that's clear. Thanks.
