Has anyone come across this? One of my Christmas presents was a copy of Ben Coombs book - Survival of the Quickest. Across Africa in a Porsche. A 944 in fact! I've just finished it tonight, its been my Christmas holiday read and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Obviously, owning a 944, I may be a little biased but you can properly relate to all the problems he had with the car on his journey and its extremely well written! I won't go into any details in case anyone here wants to read it, but I can highly recommend it. I'm genuinely gutted that I've finished it!
