We have been invited by the 924 Owners Club to see if any more 924 owners want to attend the joint Porsche GB/924 Owners Club 924 40th Birthday Celebrations at the Porsche Silverstone Driving Experience Centre on 25th May Porsche GB have given the centre over for the day to promote the 40th Birthday and there will be many of the OPC restored 924's there on display including the The cost for entry is £40 but this does include a 3 course meal in the restaurant, as well as hot drinks a pastries throughout the day There are also some track slots left , Track Time £25 for 20 minutes with Professional Porsche Driving Instruction (Track time slots are limited and are on a first come first served basis with club members having priority - if you book multiple slots you may lose your 2nd if demand exceeds supply) There is also historic racing going on at Silverstone that day, which you will be able to watch There is no entry on the day, so you must book and pay in advance For more details please contact Ian directly by email membership@porsche924.co.uk |

I spotted quite a few Tipec members at this event yesterday. Great day out and over 100 924's with some coming from across Europe Including this reverse engineered car from the Netherlands |

Had a good chat with many of the owners yeaterday and hopefully drummed up some more interest for our Display at Beaulieu |

It was a great collection across the years and special editions.... Particularly liked this one   Also these.... The Porsche competition cars.... 924 Turbo   A very early car registered in March 1977  Across the car park   924's younger sister  GTS in the hand is worth.....  We spotted these on the way home...
