Has anyone heard of had experience of "Pro Formance" chips?

this looked tempting :

Way over priced and I very much doubt that you will see any improvement in performance

I need a new ECU anyway as I have an 83' car - so might just be a bonus to come with the ECU! I was looking at a promax chip but need to upgrade my AFM and ECU before I can do anything....
