Ummmm fuel pipes, multiple ways to do this, cheapest to most expensive:-

1.Chop pipes & use high pressure flexi & hose clips, mine is like this, done before I got it.
2. Use someone like Pirtek & cut & flare the ends & use their braided hose & fittings
3. Replace the pipes like for like with Kunifer etc. but this means dropping the rear suspension to do properly which is around a 1000 quid

Jim pretty much has it. Note in option 3 the use of the word "properly". If you intend keeping the car it's 3. Others on your conscience as particularly 1 I personally would be uncomfortable with (unflared pipes and hose clamps with fuel under pressure and an exhaust close by...)

Fixing it properly is expensive as when you drop the axle you should really do all the fuel pipe from the tank, and the brake lines as you don't want to be in there again. I've also never heard of anyone check their rear axle mounts and find they donit need replaced which is another £200+ for parts. Then again if it needs doing it needs doing, so you either fix it or bury your head in the sand.

No issue with HP hose & clips, perfectly good for dozens of other manufacturers.
When (ha ha) I do my rebuild, I'll drop the axle & probably flare the ends & use couplers & Aeroquip type hose.
Keeping the whole thing clean & covered in Dinitrol every time I'm underneath will help as well.

No real issue if you flare the ends (which was you option 2 I believe). I challenge you to show me a manufacturer who uses that method without flaring the hard section, however.

Hi there,

Do a search on fuel lines or pipes, i changed all of mine recently with Pirtek stainless braided, it was the only way i could get them round the rear axle, i still had to drop it a little, changed all the brake pipes and fittings ( from Automec) while i was at it. Mind you it wasn't cheap , but i shouldn't need to worry about them ever again.

Very difficult to flare steel pipes on the car if not impossible. I went the Pirtek route with the joints being compression joints. They also offer sleeving similar to seat belt material to reduce the chance of abrasion.
Total cost £100.

I too would not use pipe and jubilee clips with fuel pressure in excess of 30psi.
