I've started getting to grips with the 88 944 I recently acquired, it has been stood for a while as it failed its MOT and the previous owner lost interest, and sold it on.

To date

The doors now open, always useful, but the outer handle triggers had seized and were stuck in, so once the doors were shut there was no opening them again.

The ancient alarm removed and the starter and ignition circuits returned to standard, the central locking works properly now too!!

Electric windows fixed.

28 years worth of radio change wiring removed.

Some under dash fluorescent lights removed.... don't ask.

The engine runs but needs replacing, 2 pots down on compression I have a replacement ready, just waiting on a clutch re line before fitting.

I could really do with a wiring diagram for the car, the Haynes manual bears little resemblance, and anything online seems USA model specific, does anyone have a wiring diagram I can get a copy of, have one to sell, or know where I can buy one from?

Cheers.

Pete.

I have a Haynes manual for the 944 and could scan the relevant pages and send to you if needed?

Thanks Rav, I've got the Haynes manual, but that doesn't seem to match many aspects of my loom.
