I am going to start to train my DIY skills and start some resto work on my car this weekend.
Cocacola sent me some parts in cluding a new rear light cluster. Mine has a broken amber. I guess that these are easy to remove, but i have read that a thin bead of silicone should be applied. Any particular type?

Thanks

Hi Rav,

I'm just stripping my car down for a repaint and I managed to remove my rear clusters by undoing the bolts then using a flat head screw driver between the light and the body of the car to start it moving away. I got someone to help push whilst prying and they came away quite easily.

I haven't got around to refitting yet but you'll need some sealant to seal it up.

James
