I had exactly the same mail 4 months ago. Told Virgin all about it as it used all their correct type etc
even down to their awards.
That's when it clicked, No Way could they be good enough for an award!!!

Today I received an email informing me I would be cut off by Virgin if my billing failure was not sorted out. The alarm bell went off in my head and we contacted Virgin through the correct business channel (phone). The "real" Virgin told us not to connect to or to follow instructions contained within this email and to delete the email and delete again from trash. You have been warned. |

I get many emails that are purely scams trying to get account details...the current regular is from Paypal...rule 1...never reply to any email asking for account details or stating that you need to take action by clicking on a link...delete immediately...... |
