Hi,

I am considering replacing the front & rear shock absorbers, but I do not wish to get involved in cutting open the original struts etc.
I have considered Bilsteins, but I have noted that they do not have the same built in bottom end attachments.

How about Spax products??

Any advice out there please.

Built in bottom end attachments? What are these?

If you want to keep it simple, stick to the OE Fichtel-Sachs stuff as it will bolt straight on. It's pricey, and not finest solution, but is very good and will be a big improvement on the stuff on your car at the moment (which may well be the original items.)

Oli.
