I have to replace my drivers door (proper left side that is
). So I tracked down the wiring harness and found the connector somewhere really deep down under the dash. As it showed some resistance I pulled harder and it finally became loose - but some plastic shattered around. Obviously, there must have been some kind of locking mechanism...Now I'm concerned that I can't re-lock it properly - What did I break? - and - more important, can it be replaced / repaired or do I have zip-tie the connector back into place?
