....mine is flush at the front, but sits about 3mm proud along the rear edge.. is this common? |

mine is the other way round, I can get the rear flush but the front is a mystery |

Mine flush when closed. There is a plastic cog drive at the motor end which can break its teeth, allowing the panel not to close fully. There is also a pair of cog lifters on either side of the roof, which can be misaligned and cause a wonky closure. Best bet is to open the roof to the max, remove the roof panel, then 'close' the motor, retracting the lifter cogs. Refit the panel from the front, with the tags in place. The panel should then be flush all around. Then press 'open' and the lifter cogs should engage the roof panel. Press 'close' to then close the panel to its normal flush position. Dave CT |

It seems to be a problem with the replacement roof seals being a bit fatter than original. |
