Mine neither. Don't see the point.

Same here - and then they applied another stoneguard on top of that but not directly over it so its slightly off line to the one still visible underneath!! Genius!!

In answer to the question; clear or none at all ;)

You can remove/peel them off with gentle use of a hair dryer. Wipe off residue glue with spirits, then polish...

They are there for a reason and definitely work.

Crikey, didn't even think of none at all, the car had original stone guards but had to have the rear quarters painted due to a small dent and lots of bush scratches that where just to deep to polish out, really wanted to leave as much original paint as i could but i couldn't live with it as it was !

Thanks Guys

Ok, so I'll confess that the reason I don't have any on mine is that I made such an arse of fitting new ones myself after having some paint done. I just couldn't get all the bubbles out, so I took them off again. The worry is getting stone chips and messing up the new paint, but I don't have them on the front bumper or bonnet which is where most stone chips occur anyway.

I personally like things to be all original, so have intentions of getting a professional to fit them for me, but for now, I'm happy with none.

Cheers,
Bryan
