Should the fuse for the electric windows on my '84 Lux be 16A or 25A (fuse 8 on the additional fuseboard) ? The wiring diagram says 16A, whereas the Drivers Manual says 25A. Which should I believe ?

I replaced mine when it constantly blew when I opened the driver door, after being unable to find the reasons for the repeated blowing...that was end of last year, all works fine now... put in a 25amp fuse instead.
