It was registered in 1986 but I think all 944s are 87/88 model but I am sure someone will put me right about that

Hi I think I may need to change the gearbox on my 944s at some point does anyone know what gearboxes will fit thanks stuart |

What year is it? I have a couple of gearboxes. One is an s2 box. The other is an early type box with the 2 side mounts also fitted with torsen lsd so a worthwhile upgrade. |

Ok well the 7q box with lsd I have is 82-85. Its likely the s2 box will be a straight swap but would have different ratios |
