 Post subject: power steering rack leak from banjo connection

Have a reasonable leak i think from the banjo connection that goes to the cooler (connection on top of the rack). It was already quite tight but have pinched it up some more, however it stills seems to be leaking, although not as much.

1. What is this risk of over tightening these bolts?
2. Are there seals on these connections? If so, can they be replaced individually?

The other way is to strip the copper washers off & re-anneal them with a blowlamp. Polish off on some wet n dry after.
