When 944s become 30 year old, do they fall into the no road tax bracket?

Cars produced and registered before 1st Jan 1975, so 40 year old cars and its not a rolling date either

My concern would rather be diverted to the ever increasing ethanol content in fuels ; only V-Power seems to be lower than the rest and on modern diesels this IMHO is a real problem, especially by a 'cost' driven daily motorist
