Hi Guys, I cleaned all of my contacts tonight upon the rear window to try and resolve why no heat was being transferred Upon switching on the rear heater element switch, I noted all of the wires to the rear window were heating up, WHEN I noted that the wiring contact upon the left side had heated up excessively & had started to melt.  Has a relay failed for it to get so hot & melt. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

It can only really be a high resistance in that connection. Replace it and try again. |
