Hi guys, after rebuilding brembos brake pedal has got massive free travel. Bleeded few times with pressure bleeder, no air. Any ideas? |

Rebuilt my front brembo calipers on my s2 and was just as you described for a while. I had to bleed the whole braking system through several times before a good result. Now much better, I was using a self bleed gunson kit, but dropped this method in favour off the old fashioned method with wife helping depressing the pedal. Hope this helps but I agree it's almost certainly air bubbles. Regards Mark |

start the furthest point from the cylinder, NS rear Outer if brembos, then work your way to the shortest |
