Hi all, I failed my MoT yesterday on my battery being insecure?! Same as last year but whatever. How are these supposed to be secured? Mine is in the back. |

Mine's a Cab, so it may be different - but the battery is secured by a small bracket with a single nut that clamps the bottom lip of the battery to the tray - its at the front end of the battery. There is no cover - other than the flap of boot carpet that covers it. |

Its a Porsche part only - the clue being in the part number. Not the only 914 part in 924-derived cars, either. |
